Come and learn at PrairieU

kidsinprairiePrairieU offers several programs in prairie ecology for visiting groups. Throughout the year, PrairieU program coordinators give presentations that increase awareness about prairie restoration and its place in the rural landscape. Educators who visit PrairieU are given curriculum resources that meet high academic standards. An interpretive trail is being developed to provide a hands-on experience with the tallgrass native prairie. At the heart of PrairieU’s outreach mission are informative workshops, demonstrations and traveling educational materials.
